These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CVDeck (cvdeck.co.uk), operated by Go Select Limited (Company No. 13398580). By using CVDeck you agree to these terms.
CVDeck provides an online CV building tool available free of charge, with optional paid Pro features. The free tier allows you to create one CV and download it as a PDF with a CVDeck watermark. Pro accounts remove limitations and the watermark.
You must be at least 16 years old to use CVDeck. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.
You retain all rights to the CV content you create. By using CVDeck you confirm that the content you submit is accurate and does not infringe any third-party rights. We are not responsible for the accuracy or use of CVs created through the platform.
Pro Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. Pro Lifetime is a one-time payment granting permanent access to Pro features. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not offered once a Pro download has been made or account access has been granted. If you have not used Pro features, contact hello@cvdeck.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we will consider your request.

All CVDeck templates, design, branding, and software are the intellectual property of Go Select Limited. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.
The free tier displays advertising via Google AdSense. We have no control over the specific ads shown. Pro users do not see advertising.
CVDeck is provided “as is”. We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Select Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CVDeck.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of CVDeck after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify Pro subscribers of material changes by email.
